Embedded Repl

This sort of has to do with the other chat thread I had going but It's really a separate question. I'm embedding ironscheme in a unity game and I can evaluate code from c# but what I really want is a repl so that I can interact with the game while it's running.

Is there currently any way to embed a repl that can be interacted with over a tcp port or something? I saw some references to a remoting client and server but I couldn't find any tutorials. I'm not sure if that is what I want. Ideally I'd want something like an embedded swank server so I can use it from emacs and get all the great interactions that slime-mode gives you.
