Release Notes

Note: Latest build is the one with the highest trailing number (referring to the TFS checkin id).

Important: As of version 100004, there only a single root namespace 'IronScheme'. The 'Oyster', 'Microsoft' and 'gppg' namespaces have been renamed.

These are a collection of (relatively) stable builds.

The all the DLL's can be run/referenced using any version of .NET and any bitness.

Use the specific executables to start the REPL for your preferred environment.

Running NGEN on the IronScheme.dll is recommended on Windows and can be done by running ngen-all.cmd as administrator.

To use RyuJIT, make sure NGEN is run on IronScheme using the above command. Else it will not work. RyuJIT does provide a nice boost in performance for 64-bit .NET4+ apps.

IronScheme can also be run using Mono (2.10+) on Linux.

Unfortunately it does not work on OSX using Mono.

You can download them also from http://build.ironscheme.net/.

Nuget packages are also available from https://nuget.org/packages/IronScheme/.
