Extending IronScheme with OMeta

Jan 13, 2010 at 8:58 PM

Hi leppie,

ever had a look at OMeta from Allesandro Warth? Its an interesting extension to PEG Parsers. There is also an implementation for MzScheme out there. http://www.lshift.net/blog/2008/07/01/ometa-for-scheme

http://www.tinlizzie.org/~awarth/

Would be a great addition to IronScheme

Hi

I had a quick look at the source. Most of it is R6RS compatible.  :)

Will see what I can do (or maybe someone did it already, something rings a bell).

Cheers

So it wasn't just the noises in my head!

Here is an implementation: http://proteus.freeshell.org/_packrat-r6rs-b/

And some discussion: http://groups.google.com/group/ikarus-users/browse_thread/thread/e593c424c37969ce/47f49e5aa8b5d9e6

You want to try that out?
